Happy New Year everybody!! Sorry I’ve been such a terribly unreliable food blogger.
I don’t normally make resolutions, but this year I will make an exception.
In 2011 I will be a better food blogger than I was in 2010.
The first dish I made in 2011 was a cous cous salad. An attempt at eating better. But it had a lot of olive oil in it. That’s a good fat, right? Baby steps!!
The salad recipe came from the side of the box that the cous cous came in. It’s incredibly easy to make. I really should make cous cous more often. At the very least it’s fun to say.
Ummm… you’re not doing a very good job at keeping your New Year’s Resolution!
